Brand differentiation was non-existent in the debt collection industry. From language to imagery, it was a sea-of-sameness. If you erased the logo, you wouldn’t be able to identify the company behind the message.

Our job was to define and articulate a clear, meaningful and sustainable TSI brand that aligned with their evolving business strategy. Our approach was collaborative and took the team on the rebranding journey – from research and insights, to strategy and design.

 

 


RESEARCH AND BRAND STRATEGY WORKSHOPS



 

“The industry is full of nefarious characters with sharp elbows.” – a common negative perception of Debt Collection.

Informed by customer / partner interviews and brand audits, we led TSI leadership through brand strategy workshops, helping explore and define TSI’s brand strategy, including its core values, brand positioning, essence and brand promise.
